1 Timothy 3:16

“ He was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory” (1 Timothy 3:16).
These verses remind us that the fundamental pillar of our faith is not a religious group or belief, but Christ Jesus himself, who became man to heal our flesh in his perfect life and be our complete salvation—sanctification and justification—so Only in union with Christ can we have eternal life.
To think:
Let us remember that Jesus is present in the holy sacraments, so let us not fail to take part in the Lord’s Supper, so that together with the body of Christ we may eat his flesh and drink his blood, and be one with him.
Prayer:
Thank you Lord for the promise of your presence at the Holy Supper; Help me to celebrate it with fear and reverence, so that I may be one with you and have eternal life. Amen
