Mark 12:18-27

“Then Jesus answered and said unto them, Are ye not erring in this, because ye know not the Scriptures, and the power of God?” (Mark 12:24).
Sometimes we fear that God is not able to fulfill what he has promised, and we test him with our whims and illogical reasoning, just as the Sadducees did in his time. They did not believe in the resurrection of the dead or in the immortality of the soul, and yet they asked Jesus laughable questions, belittling his power.

In what area of your life have you lost faith in the power of God?
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for your love and infinite goodness. Forgive my fault and my irreverence, and give me a new heart that fully trusts you.
