Ephesians 5:14-33

“Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you” (Ephesians 5:14).
In these verses, the apostle Paul exhorts us to live in the light, as children of God. By living in the light, we can take advantage of the time and different opportunities that God gives us each day. In the same way, we live organized lives in service to others. This is how married women can submit to the love and care of their husbands through the fear of God, and also how husbands have the obligation to love and protect their wives, and in this way demonstrate the love of Christ for his church.
To think about:
The light of the Lord illuminates every area of our lives and fills us with joy and gratitude, to live our days as Christ lived on this earth.
Prayer:
Thank you, Lord, for your love and for your light that shines amidst the darkness, illuminating our lives. Help me and teach me to walk and live in your light, being a banner of your love to the world
