Daniel 5:1-14

“‘May the king live forever!’ she said. ‘Don’t be alarmed! Don’t look so pale! 11 There is a man in your kingdom who has the spirit of the holy gods in him’” (Daniel 5: 10-11).
In these verses we can see the mystery of God, which is hidden from those who are lost. This is how Belshazzar and his guests could not decipher the meaning of the writing on the wall, and it was only Daniel, the one who feared God, who was called to interpret the writing, because of his character and his wisdom.

What is your testimony? Are you someone people look to in difficult times for your character and wisdom?
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for your spirit that dwells in our midst. Give us clean hearts and hands, to be salt and light in the midst of darkness.
