John 3:31-36

“He who believes in the Son has eternal life; But whoever refuses to believe in the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him” (John 3:36).
In these verses, the word of God reminds us that Christ is God and that he is in control of everything. However, to deny his deity and power is to put ourselves under his wrath, but to recognize and accept him is to have eternal life.
To think:
In what areas of your life do you refuse to recognize the sovereignty of Jesus?
Prayer:
Lord, help me to recognize you as king and sovereign of the world and my life and thus surrender to your good will.
Amen.
