Romans 6:12-18

“For sin will not have dominion over you; for you are not under the law, but under grace” (Romans 6:14).
It is grace and not the law that allows us to live in freedom. Those who have been freed from sin by the grace of God are no longer under the dominion of evil. Thus it is easier to do good than evil, and that is only because of the power of God that acts within the Christian, taking him to deeper levels of salvation within the kingdom of God.
To think:
He who believes in God’s promise acts according to that belief.
Prayer:
Create in me, O God, a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me (Psalm 51:10).
